THE JOB:
As a Busperson at Wicked Spoon in The Cosmopolitan, you’ll support one of the Strip’s most inventive and popular buffet experiences, known for its modern, chef-driven approach to classic favorites. By keeping the dining room, storerooms, food pickup areas, and beverage stations clean, organized, and fully stocked, you’ll help ensure smooth, high-volume service. Your attention to detail and teamwork behind the scenes create a polished, efficient environment where guests can fully enjoy the unique and elevated Wicked Spoon experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.9217 Hourly + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a Busperson or Food Runner preferred
