Bridge the Gap: Seamlessly connect business objectives with technical solutions. Your deep understanding of both realms will drive our success.
Requirements Maestro: Capture, analyze, and manage functional and non-functional systems requirements and user stories with precision.
Story Architect: Demonstrate your prowess in breaking down Features into manageable stories within our product backlog, paving the way for iterative development cycles.
Scrum Synergy: Collaborate closely with the ScrumMaster to craft Sprint backlogs, overcome obstacles, and guide the scope of work.
Backlog Refinement Leader: Spearhead backlog refinement sessions, ensuring work items are crystal clear, well-prioritized, and implementation-ready.
Strategic Collaborator: Partner with Product Owners to align the backlog with business objectives and roadmap goals, ensuring every requirement is a step towards success.
Documentation Guru: Define and maintain team and iteration backlog content, including detailed stories, Acceptance Criteria, and dependencies.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work hand-in-hand with Product Owners and Functional SMEs to ensure a mutual understanding of requirements and scope. Communicate these needs effectively to our development team.
Test-Driven Development Advocate: Define and validate acceptance criteria to support Test Driven Development, ensuring they are testable and facilitate the acceptance of completed work.
Future-Ready: Support ongoing backlog refinement by elaborating on upcoming work items, ensuring they are primed for future iterations.
Stakeholder Showcase: Lead demonstrations to stakeholders, reporting on the impressive results of each software iteration.
Required Skills:
U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a background investigation.
Educational Background: College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Communication Champion: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven Experience: Minimum of five (5+) years’ experience as a business analyst on iterative software development projects.
You Are Good At:
Business Process Wizard: Developing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
Requirements Translator: Translating business requirements into user stories, use cases, and technical requirements.
Functional Decomposition Expert: Experience with breaking down large business needs into multiple layers of requirements/user stories.
Stakeholder Interviewer: Conducting interviews with stakeholders to gather pertinent information.
Data Analyst: Analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.
SDLC Knowledgeable: Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle.
Estimation Guru: Experience in estimating techniques.
Agile Enthusiast: Familiarity with SAFe and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Desired Skills:
Technical Background: SAP or Software development background.
Certified Professional: Certified Business Analysis Professional, Agile or Scrum Master Certification, Certified SAFe Product Owner.
BABOK Knowledge: Knowledge and experience with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
Tool Proficiency: Experience with ServiceNow or Jira.
Problem Solver: Acts independently to expose and resolve problems.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
