The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate or Experienced Business Unit Integrator (Level 2 or 3) to join the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Airforce Bomber and Fighter (AFBF) Division Finance team supporting F-15 Domestic Sustainment and Modifications programs based in Hazelwood, MissouriRelocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and support the BGS F-15 Business Unit Integration efforts within the AFBF  Division. This position will work directly with the BGS F-15 Program Managers along with other Finance focals and stakeholders. This position offers the potential opportunity to learn, or expand, knowledge in a full EVM DFARS environment.  In addition, this position will present semi-annual Estimates at Complete (EACs) to the Air Force Bomber and Fighters Chief Financial Officer (CFO), along with effectively managing the monthly cost and schedule performance and variance reporting, reports to the customer (CDRLs), monthly financial profit and loss forecasts, annual long range business plans, and associated opportunities and risks analysis.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques for establishing, reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining program baselines, Estimate at Complete (EACs), monitoring weekly and monthly program performance. This includes variances analysis and risk management.

  • Lead semi-annual EACs for developing, analyzing and maintaining control accounts, and identifying and communicating opportunities and risks, along with  some presenting to the CFO and various other Senior Executives and Management.

  • Establish, analyze, and maintain Financial Checkbooks for program baselines, including target, undistributed budget (UB), and management reserve (MR) logs

  • Maintain cross functional integration with Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Defense Center Of Excellence, Cost and Financial Structure Management (C&FSM), Program Management, Contracts, Accounts Receivables (A/R) and Delivery Management

  • Support monthly financial profit and loss forecasts and annual Long Range Business planning activities, along with identifying and communicating opportunities and risks

  • Drive effective cash flow management best practices to ensure timely and maximum cash

  • Coordinate charge-line and offload setup, maintenance, and other work authorization documentation.

  • Support BGS BUI tool improvements and training efforts

  • Support monthly Business Performance Reviews (BPRs) and Program Management Meetings (PMMs) and preparation for those reviews

  • Support management with timely and reliable financial information.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3+ year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings

  • Experience in a role that required familiarity with Estimates at Completion (EAC) exhibits and Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR)

  • Earned Value Management experience for both full-DFARs and non-DFARs (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement)

  • Experience working with financial tools (i.e. Cost, Schedule, Planning and Reporting (CSPR), IRE, etc.)

  • Proficient utilizing financial systems, such as: Enterprise Accounting System (EAS), Enterprise Planning and Analysis System (EPAS), and Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR)

  • Experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)

Summary pay range (Associate, Level 2): $73,950 - $100,050

Summary pay range (Experienced, Level 3): $90,950 - $123,050
