The Opportunity:
CACI's Digital Solutions Business Unit is seeking business systems analysis support for the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations/Chief of Naval Personnel (OPNAV N1). OPNAV N1 is responsible for executing the development and sustainment of all information technology (IT) services throughout MyNavy HR. The effort encompasses functional “end user” evaluation of multiple development activities, updates to existing capabilities, operational effectiveness, suitability assessment, workflow validation, and deployment readiness reviews across MyNavy HR Lines of Effort and platforms. Responsibilities:
Responsible for facilitating the process of collecting and defining client requirements. Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions. Provide advice and recommendations on process best practices. Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. Interact and communicate with end users, management, vendors and IT personnel.
You will support MyNavy HR Testing Services Support by planning and executing the following:
• Draft, maintain, analyze, integrate, and review program documentation and databases.
• Participate in requirements traceability with the developer.
• Participate in systems informal/formal Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Production Readiness Review (PRR).
• Analyze the projects Functional Requirements Document (FRD) to accurately write appropriate test cases and identify defects.
• Participate in user story grooming to ensure changes are captured in both the requirement documents and test scripts/ reports.
• Prepare test data to ensure all functional scenarios are covered.
• Analyze test and evaluation plans, procedures and reports.
• Develop test plans, reports, use cases, and/or test scripts for testing and evaluating specified various pilots, projects, programs, systems, subsystems, equipment and software.
• Conduct preliminary/informal testing (initial investigation) in support of “To-Be” vs the current “As-Is”.
• Document defects, gaps, user experience and/or coordinate results to seek feedback.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, or physical science and a minimum of three years general experience in Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, Business Process Improvement or Software/System Testing.
• Requires active SECRET Clearance
• Knowledge of Military or Navy Personnel systems, data and business rules and/or customer service operations.
• Ability to work as a team member in a diverse group; ability to deal effectively with both Government and contracted workforce members.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
