8x8 is looking for a Business Systems Project Manager who will oversee the integration and efficiency of business applications and systems, while ensuring that technology solutions align with the operational goals and strategies of the company. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery—ensuring that our systems, processes, and tools empower GTM teams to operate efficiently and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects using structured project management methodologies
Drive accountability and transparency across stakeholders through consistent project updates and status reporting.
Partner with the Business Applications team and GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Channel) to implement effective system and process changes that meet business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, workflows, and system dependencies.
Manage projects with a solid understanding of processes and systems to ensure effective coordination between business and technical teams.
Identify opportunities to streamline or automate processes and drive data-informed improvement discussions.
Oversee projects impacting our Salesforce system and related sales tools stack (ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, Impact, Skillibrium, Klue, etc.).
Collaborate with vendors on implementation, support, and enhancement initiatives to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of combined experience in Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably in Revenue Operations or Sales Systems.
Expertise in project management methodologies
Proven track record in managing Salesforce or similar CRM-driven projects.
Understanding of GTM processes (Lead-to-Cash, Territory Management, Forecasting, Analytics and Reporting).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in using Google Workspace applications
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Workboard, Coda, Smartsheet)
PMP certification is a plus.
Work arrangement:
Hybrid setup. 2-3x a week onsite at our office in BGC
Amenable to work US hours
