Position Title - Project Manager
Location - Pune
Create a high level of contribution towards machine selling by helping customers use TRUMPF
technology in a most efficient and productive way. Generate profits for the organization through a
profitable sales growth through effective project management TruServices customer satisfaction
in mind all the time. Work towards customer satisfaction in line with TRUMPF group guidelines
for project management & a continuous alignment between group guidelines and customer
expectations in terms of technology adoption, implementation, and productive deployment.
Define Scope of Project: Inclusion and exclusion with signoff between all parties and also its quality and specifications.”
Define Schedule/Timeline of Project: With clear definition of dependencies and ownership of deliverance “maximum duration”.
Define Project Budget Cost: To ensure std. TIN margin “Execution cost”
Act as a role model for the organization to see that we are walking the talk.

Define, Implement, and refine the processes within the department to support thepurpose.

Accountable for the Sales through the deliverance of a TOP class project
management to TRUMPF customers for the committed technology requirements.
Ownership in planning and controlling to support sales objective, all the job needs to be done in SIS
Accountable for Services, project management review for execution and
applications topics.
Visit customers periodically to listen to understand their requirements, build
relationships implement the deliverable to customers regarding TRUMPF
technology.
Interact with all the contact persons within technical services organization at
Germany and other places to support the effective project management for Indian customers.
Provide necessary feedback to HOD application and software and headquarters
on the TRUMPF offer development within Indian market and necessary actions to expedite development.
Accountable for implementing necessary platformsa continuous flow of
information between Services and sales for a more cohesive organization and to get “Acceptance protocol”.
Accountable for all the managements reports from project management
department for timelines and completion dashboard.
Ownership for analyzing and supporting repeat business from existing customers
based on outstanding application support.
