Business Systems Analyst - Sales Operations

The NVIDIA Sales Operations team is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to build programs and implement sales strategies that will support NVIDIA’s key Go to Market initiatives.
 

In this role, we seek a high-energy Sales Operations professional who will partner and embed with sales leaders, regional sales operations teams, business operations and other groups to align business and financial goals. It is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in our fast-growing team!
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Embedding with collaborator teams across the NVIDIA Datacenter business to understand their values and drive projects and programs to achieve agreed upon benchmarks.

  • Work on issues of the highest complexity and strategic value where analysis of situation and/or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including a comprehensive understanding of business processes.

  • Audit and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy of the data quality within the Salesforce.com database.

  • Build, run, and analyze the data and in doing so provide insight into the business.

  • You will be responsible for systems roll-out and organizational change, including new process definition, training, launch, and adoption.

  • Analyze and document business requirements across multiple departments and systems.

  • Redesign and improve existing sales and operational processes as the organization evolves.

  • Manage ad hoc requests regarding reports, processes, requests for assistance, and general support.

  • Continuous identification of opportunities for process improvement.

  • Assist sales management in understanding and resolving process bottlenecks and inconsistencies towards operational excellence.

What we need to see:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of previous sales operations and/or finance experience or equivalent

  • Advanced level Excel skills

  • Experience with salesforce.com

  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision.

  • Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough

  • Effective in managing time and capable of balancing multiple demands and competing challenges.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with direct, indirect, and cloud sales models

  • SFDC admin certification

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade -- using simple communication that conveys sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
