About the Role
We are looking for a System Analyst who will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting manufacturing applications. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver efficient IT solutions, ensure system reliability, and support operational and project-based activities.
What You Will Do
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system solutions for manufacturing applications
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FSD) and Technical Specifications (TSD)
- Provide support for testing activities including FUT, SIT, and UAT
- Conduct user training and support system adoption
- Participate in operational support, including incident, service request, and change request handling
- Support IT-related projects and system enhancements
- Assist in the development of assembly documentation and operational reports
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in IT application development, implementation, and support
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a System Analyst or similar role
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Knowledge of programming/tools such as Crystal Reports, PL/SQL, C#, Mendix is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
