Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for production applications and systems, handling incidents escalated from L1 teams.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and configuration issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and share preventive measures for recurring incidents.
- Monitor application/system health and proactively address potential issues.
- Manage P1 / P2 incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and DB teams for complex issue resolution.
- Execute and support deployments, patches, and configuration changes as required.
- Maintain incident records, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on‑call / weekend / holiday support rotations as required.
- Ensure adherence to SLA and support best practices.
Education Qualifications:
- Any UG/PG
- Will be good if graduated with Hospital Management, Science, Operation Management
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Technical Support
- Experience in 24×7 production support coverage
Technical Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience in Application Support / Production Support.
- Experience working with logs, monitoring tools, and alerting systems.
- Understanding of REST APIs, basic debugging, and request/response analysis.
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.).
- Working knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in production environments.
- Multi-tasking skills
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with ownership and accountability.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL queries, basic performance analysis).
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands and basic system troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Healthcare systems or large enterprise systems.
