Business Systems Analyst I

Are you ready to maximize your analytical and critical-thinking skills? We may have the position you are seeking! As a Business Systems Analyst, you will report to the Training Manager. Some of your Key Responsibilities will include assisting in the daily management and maintenance of the LMS (Learning Management System), course enrollment, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will upload and organize e-learning content, including courses, modules, assessments, and multimedia elements, provide first-level support to users, addressing questions and resolving issues related to LMS access, navigation, and course completion. Additionally, you will collaborate with instructional designers and trainers to ensure course content is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the LMS, generate and distribute regular reports on training completion, user engagement, and other relevant metrics, and maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and updates within the LMS. You will also assist in the development and documentation of LMS processes and procedures and stay current with LMS updates and new features and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 0-2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to analyze business systems and/or business processes to identify user needs, document requirements, and address process improvements
  • Strong knowledge of requirements documentation tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, Power point or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data mapping and documentation of system integration metadata and touchpoints necessary for implementation
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
