Facilitate discovery sessions and design system intake reviews with global design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Synthesize segment input to define global requirements and route non‑global needs to sub‑libraries where appropriate.
Evaluate contribution requests from segment IT and HCD leads for completeness, quality, and alignment with global standards.
Maintain clear, accurate Zeroheight documentation and Figma specifications as the source of truth for GDS assets.
Apply working knowledge of Figma libraries, Storybook, component architecture, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) to validate requirements and guide design/technical discussions.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role within digital product or design‑system teams.
