The Global Revenue Operations (GRO) organization is part of HP’s Commercial Organization and leads the company’s digital transformation journey with the goal of becoming a more experience-driven organization. GRO is a strategic function that enables HP’s digital transformation and innovation across sales processes, including engagement with Channel Partners.
The GRO organization builds strong relationships with HP customers, partners, and dedicated HP sales teams by understanding operational business models, identifying process challenges, and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency and interlock across the ecosystem.
Within GRO, the Strategy and Planning Team drives standardized strategies, planning, and execution processes across the organization. You will be part of a global team of highly engaged professionals supporting GRO’s strategic charter.
The GRO Business Resource Planner – Full Stack Developer will support the design, development, and implementation of web-based tools used to track organizational and investment operating expenses. This role involves defining and executing tool implementations in line with established processes, ensuring high-quality data inputs and outputs, and supporting continuous improvements.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure that spend and headcount are managed within approved budget levels, while maintaining strong data quality standards. You will be accountable for data accuracy and reliability and will contribute to the implementation of enhancement initiatives related to tools, automation, and data management.
To achieve the above objectives, you will:
Perform monthly data maintenance in web-based Business Resource Planning (BRP) tools, aligning data with HP’s financial and workforce systems of record.
Manage automated reporting packages for internal teams and key stakeholders.
Support data entry into tools, either manually or through the creation of ETL processes.
Provide technical support to Business Planners, data owners, and Chiefs of Staff as needed.
Ensure high data quality standards within Business Resource Planning tools.
Provide feedback to support the design and implementation of automation micro-systems.
Support and co-own the creation and deployment of fully automated dashboards and metrics, such as workload drivers, affordability metrics, and return-on-investment analyses.
You should bring:
8+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or a related field or an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
Strong full-stack development experience, particularly using Microsoft Power Platform and JavaScript (JavaScript proficiency is mandatory).
Solid understanding of dashboards, metrics, year-over-year analysis, and percentage-based calculations.
Experience designing and building optimized data pipelines using Power Platform technologies.
Expertise in constructing ETL pipelines from diverse data sources and storage systems.
Ability to collaborate closely with infrastructure teams and Business Resource Planners to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Experience leading the implementation of algorithms and prototypes to convert raw data into actionable insights.
Strong background in architecting, designing, and maintaining data pipeline architectures, with readiness for AI/ML enablement.
Experience developing data validation frameworks and analytical tools.
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Ability to interpret data trends and patterns to define operational alerts.
Proficiency in developing analytical tools, reports, and dashboards.
Experience preparing data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
Continuous focus on improving data quality, reliability, and automation.
Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills to build scalable solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior (L3) stakeholders.
