Pay Range:
Bloomington –Minnesota Pay Range: $66,000 - $100,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
Serve as a primary day-to-day point of contact for complex government customers
Share leadership responsibilities for a portfolio of accounts in partnership with Relationship Managers
Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve complex customer issues to ensure timely and effective outcomes
Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations
Collaborate with internal partners to execute complex transactions and manage high risk or high exposure accounts
Prepare and deliver presentations, training materials, and portfolio updates for clients
Partner with management and internal stakeholders to support implementations, issue resolution, and status reporting
Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making when addressing complex customer or operational challenges
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
