Harrods is seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manage to act as a trusted advisor between IT and senior business stakeholders within our Product Domain. This pivotal role will shape technology strategies, manage demand pipelines, and oversee delivery of solutions that drive operational excellence and innovation, primarily in the Supply Chain, Buying & Merchandising areas of our business.
About the Role
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is a primary point of contact between Senior Stakeholders within the business domain to which they are aligned and IT. They support their stakeholders for new demand and enhancements, and they are seen as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice in sourcing and delivering technology solutions that meet the needs of the business and its strategy.
They are an expert in their domain, and as such seek to constantly keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, advancements and innovations that may be relevant and make a difference to our business. They will proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the domain. They advise their stakeholders on focus areas and opportunities to test and learn new concepts and where we may want to prioritise investment in trialling a new idea or opportunity to innovate.

You will be an experienced Business Relationship Manager with a proven track record of success. You will be innovative, curious and hungry to leverage innovative technologies to further business strategies. You’ll be Strategically minded, aligning IT initiatives with long-term business goals and retail growth strategies. You’ll have excellent communication and collaboration skills, bridging technical and non-technical teams together with clear, persuasive communication.
