The Position

As a Business Procurement Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of procurement across Sweden, Denmark and Norway. You will drive sustainable supplier partnerships, harmonize procurement processes, and ensure a strong foundation for successful tenders. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic needs and position procurement as a true value creator. You will also foster a culture of compliance, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The Opportunity 

  • Build and manage a cross-country supplier portfolio that enables lean, consistent and successful tender processes.

  • Lead the life cycle management of third parties and enable tender teams to leverage a strong, fixed supplier base.

  • Drive sourcing initiatives that reduce costs, improve processes, mitigate supplier risk and support innovation.

  • Develop and negotiate sustainable long-term contracts with key suppliers and manage regular review meetings with business owners.

  • Shape and optimize an end-to-end affiliate procurement model across countries, ensuring alignment with global procurement policies.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic needs and position procurement where it brings highest value.

  • Establish and continuously improve procurement routines, SOPs and processes, ensuring compliance, quality and information security.
     

Who You Are

  • You bring at least 3–5 years’ procurement experience, including supplier negotiation, sourcing, process improvement and project management.

  • You have a Master’s degree in Finance or a related procurement field, with solid knowledge of accounting principles, SAP and Excel.

  • You speak English fluently; knowledge of a Nordic language is a strong plus.

  • You thrive in a networked environment and enjoy proactively collaborating across teams, functions and countries, managing multiple stakeholders.

  • You demonstrate strong ownership of third-party processes, continuously seeking ways to improve quality, efficiency and business impact.

  • You are able to create effective agreement templates, SOPs, and tools that enable efficient operations and best-practice procurement.
