We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. This role is responsible for sorting requests in AWD and ripping emails from simple to medium-complexity worktypes on timely and accurate manner.
Position Responsibilities:
Sort and process AWD requests per established procedures while meeting agreed service-level standards
Rip emails from the mailbox and accurately index/process data entries with strong focus on quality and productivity
Exercise sound judgment in case processing; perform thorough checks on every case to prevent privacy incidents
Share timely updates and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Management
Required Qualifications:
With at least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience.
Amenable for fixed night shift.
Basic knowledge of computer system and use of Microsoft word/excel.
Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 45 words per minute
Preferred Qualifications:
Adept in navigating AWD Chorus, Mainframe, Web, and e-mail platforms.
Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
Above average attentiveness to detail (ability to clearly understand and act on presented problem statement; to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information)
Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision.
Strong organizational skills.
