Role Responsibilities
· Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Logging call data or maintaining call records.
· Handling high volumes of calls professionally and efficiently.
· Provide support to customers and agents by accommodating their inquiries and requests over the phone, and via email.
· Deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
