The “Business Process Manager” will join us in the challenges to make the Pluxee BeLux Business processes visible, governed, lean & efficient with close collaboration with our global process community.
Your responsibilities
As Business Process Manager you are part of the newly created business process management discipline at BeLux Transformation & IT governance. Furthermore, the activities consist of:
Define and implement the Business Process Management governance model, including process ownership, measurement and monitoring.
Implement approach and tooling for the analysis and improvement of business processes, with defined metrics and measures to illustrate the value delivered through process improvements and efficiencies.
Implement, manage and maintain process libraries and controls, with defined version controls and forums to ensure all processes are current and relevant.
Stakeholder management (devops team to CxO level, local to global)
Objectives of the role
Analysing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
Designing and implementing strategies for process optimisation, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Developing and maintaining process documentation to ensure clear communication of workflows across teams.
Leading cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment of processes with business goals.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process changes.
Implementing new technologies or tools to automate and streamline processes.
Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Providing training and support to staff on new processes and best practices.
Maintain and co-develop business layer artifacts with the architecture team (capability map, value chains, business process catalog, business object/data catalog, …)
Support the business analyst community (Guide/coach the Business processes modelling by BA & make the link with ArchiMate views)
Train\coach the architecture colleagues on their Business process viewpoints in their solution architecture documents
What you’ll be doing:
Analyze and support IT solutions and programs.
Develop and maintain solution documentation and reports.
Monitor and troubleshoot solution performance and issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Conduct research on solution best practices and emerging technologies.
Provide technical support and guidance on IT solutions.
🌟 You’re a match
You have a Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Business Engineering and/or Management.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or similar methodologies.
10+ years of industry experience, preferably handling business flows or process automation in complex organization(s), of which 2-3 years should be in Digital transformations context
Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics.
Strong capacity to maintain the relationship with business stakeholders by managing an adapted communication and a partnership dynamic.
In depth knowledge and experience in change management is much appreciated.
In-depth knowledge of one of the following disciplines: Business Process Modelling/BPMN, DMN, UML,…
Working knowledge of data visualisation and reporting tools like Cognos, Tableau or Power BI.
Proven track record of implementing successful process improvement initiatives.
You have a good level of spoken and written English & French (Dutch is a plus) and you adapt your style to your target audience.
Good interpersonal skills in areas such as collaboration, facilitation and negotiation in a global architecture environment
Strong leadership skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Monthly travel to other European entities (Paris, Prague, …) is not a problem for you
