Description -
Our process engineering team is a group, within the Systems and Infrastructure organization which has been built at the beginning of 2019. During this time we had the possibility to grow and evolve, going thru multiple development cycles into an advanced maturity model and stable structure that is providing key development inputs to the Systems and Infrastructure plan of record. The team is spread all around the globe (India, Spain, US) and is composed of individuals with strong process engineering, process improvement and business analysis background. Our mission is to enable talent to be able to produce comprehensible business requirements and return on investment analysis within the agreed standard to our plan of record. During implementation the team is tasked to partner with deployment management and management of change groups for a successful and smooth transition.
Responsibilities:
1. Builds process documentation material
• Designs current and future state process design
• Coordinates solution design planning, build, test ,deployment and ongoing business process support
• Acts as SME of the assigned business process area to the System and Infrastructure group
2. Manages process financials including business impact
• Leads return on investment analysis of business process improvements.
• Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.
3. Manages stakeholder and market relationships
• Manages upper level stakeholder relationships.
• Manages market level relationship with business leads and SMEs
Education and Experience Required:
• First Level University degree.
• 7+ years in process improvement roles or in like roles/businesses.
• LSS Green / Black belt is a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to business process engineering.
• Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to business process improvement methods.
• Makes use of and contributes to Services PM Profession community.
• Proven experience in business process engineering .
• Subject matter expertise in area(s) in Managed Services
