Key Responsibilities

A. Business Process Optimization

  • Lead or support business and operational process improvement initiatives as a project owner or core team member.
  • Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and root-cause analysis to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Define to-be processes, data requirements, and performance indicators aligned with global standards.
  • Contribute to data structure and data mapping design to enable consistent measurement and cross-site comparison.
  • Support process standardization and implementation of best practices with site and functional teams.
  • Collaborate with IT/digital teams to translate process and data requirements into system, automation, or reporting solutions.
  • Support UAT, solution validation, and early performance tracking after implementation.
  • Deliver well-defined, data-enabled process improvements that can be scaled or compared across sites.

B. Global Operation System Deployment & Portfolio Operation

  • Operate and maintain the Global Continuous Improvement Program portfolio, ensuring initiatives are properly registered, classified, and kept up to date.
  • Ensure standardized Global KPIs are consistently used in project identification, tracking, and performance review across sites.
  • Coordinate regular project status updates with sites and project teams, ensuring milestones and KPI data are accurately captured in the portfolio platform.
  • Monitor project execution status, highlight delays/deviations, investigate root causes with responsible teams, and flag risks early.
  • Enable information exchange between sites by providing visibility of project progress and performance results using comparable data structures and attributes.
  • Prepare regular portfolio and system updates for management, providing transparent visibility on project status, KPI adoption, and cross-site performance comparability.

C. Capability Development

  • Ensure process improvement training completion rates are achieved.
  • Consolidate and report training status for each business unit.
  • Provide local support and drive local improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate initiation of post-training projects.

Key Requirements

Education / Experience

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in business process improvement, business process analysis, operations, supply chain, or project management.
  • Demonstrated capability in understanding end-to-end business processes and identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Process & Requirements Skills

  • Strong experience translating business and process needs into clear, actionable requirements so stakeholders understand what is needed and why.
  • Ability to define required data, how it should be structured, and how it supports process tracking, KPIs, and/or system solutions.
  • Experience acting as a bridge between business users and technical delivery teams (IT/digital/application teams).

Tools & Collaboration

  • Comfortable supporting process improvement and automation efforts without being the primary system developer.
  • Skilled in UAT support, solution validation, and monitoring early performance post-implementation.
  • Clear, direct communication style to explain requirements and how they will be used by different audiences.

Professional Competencies

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured follow-up, and factual problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in multi-site environments where processes and maturity levels may vary.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Exposure to information systems, computer science, or system-related projects.
  • Hands-on experience with process automation, low-code platforms, workflow tools, or digital solutions.
  • Experience with data analysis, KPI definition, data mapping, or reporting enablement.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Process Improvement methodologies.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools, prompt-driven solution building, or rapid prototyping using AI assistance.
  • Experience working in regional or multi-site environments.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to support analysis, documentation, and low-code solution building.
