About Organization:

International Business Department
This Business Unit holds ownership for designing, building, managing and enhancing international products and services for end users (consumer & enterprise). The teams will be responsible for developing product vision and roadmap, defining user experience and creating go-to market strategies.

Wholesale Settlement & Business Planning Section
This department supports the wholesale settlement and the International Business Division - overall functions on management reporting (business performance/KPI monitoring), budgeting and forecasting of International products and services.
 


Job duties/Work Description:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions, coordinate interviews, manage offer processes including drafting and negotiating offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage contracts for contingent workers within the team, executing coordination and negotiation with stakeholders for renewals. This includes managing procurement processes according to established timelines
• Utilize HR metrics and data to build insightful dashboards, identify trends and key insights for decision- making, and improve HR processes within the unit.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, restructuring, and team effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring the business unit's adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist in miscellaneous ad-hoc support and projects (e.g. business trip reimbursements and plannings).
• Strategise and spearhead initiatives for cost-savings / business efficiency improvement projects.


Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (i.e. Business / Finance/Human Resource) or commensurate experience
• 5+ years of relevant working experience
• Experience with people-related big data analytics (dealing with voluminous and numerous datasets), automated data analysis and data visualisation for monitoring and presentation; ability to transform data into concise insights in visualisations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Words, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook)
• Possess strong, effective communication for clarity and negotiation
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems whilst working under pressure and fast-paced environment
• High ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, across various time-zone and international cultures with effective interpersonal skills
• Sharp written, verbal communication skill and high level of business communication
• Dynamic and creative, has a mindset for excellence and is willing to take on challenges
• Independent, organised and self-starter
• Has a positive and agile mindset, able to resolve conflict, handle tasks individually, adapt to fast-paced changes in a dynamic environment
