About the team:
Paytm Loyalty & Rewards is a B2B engagement and retention platform that enables enterprises to acquire, engage, and retain customers, partners, and employees through data-driven loyalty programs.
The team builds and manages end-to-end solutions including loyalty infrastructure (points, cashback, tiers, gamification), a large rewards marketplace (vouchers, travel, merchandise, experiences), and campaign engines (cashback offers, referrals, scratch cards). It also powers incentive programs for sales teams, dealers, and employees, with seamless digital fulfilment via Paytm Wallet, UPI, and vouchers.
Serving brands across FMCG, banking, fintech, telecom, and e-commerce, the team helps drive customer lifetime value, repeat engagement, and measurable business outcomes through scalable, tech-led loyalty solutions.
About the Role:
We are seeking results-driven and relationship-oriented candidates to drive strategic partnerships in the loyalty and rewards ecosystem. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and onboarding brands, merchants, and corporate partners to expand our loyalty program offerings, enhance member engagement, and drive incremental revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership & Acquisition
Identify and target potential partners across industries (FMCG, retail, travel, e-commerce, BFSI, hospitality, etc.) for loyalty tie-ups.
Pitch the value proposition of our loyalty solutions and negotiate win–win partnership agreements.
Build multi-sector partner portfolios to enhance member redemption and earning opportunities.
Account Management & Relationship Building
Manage key partner accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns, joint promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Track partner performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct competitor analysis, industry trend monitoring, and opportunity mapping in the loyalty space.
Work with product and marketing teams to align partner offerings with customer needs and company goals.
Revenue & KPI Management
Deliver on sales and partnership acquisition targets.
Ensure partner deals contribute to incremental revenue, customer acquisition, and engagement KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 3–7 years in business partnerships (preferably in loyalty programs, rewards platforms, fintech, CRM, brand alliances, brand marketing, or allied sectors). Proven track record of closing B2B deals and managing partner portfolios.
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities. Understanding of loyalty program mechanics, reward redemption models, and partnership monetization. Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
