Job Description Summary
The Business Operations Manager (f/m/d) DACH is in charge of all non-technical business operations’ processes and tools across the DACH Zone along the Life cycle of the products (Management of Installed Products records, Customer entitlement records (warranty, contracts, …), quotations, billing, cash collection). The Business Operations Manager (f/m/d) DACH collaborates with Finance teams at VEGA level (France, Belux, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Iberia and Francophone Africa) to set estimates and execute monthly closing. He/she drives design and execution of standard work with foster effectiveness and efficiency of the back-office activities.

Job Description
*VEGA Zone (France, Belux, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Iberia and Francophone Africa)
Responsibilities:
- Lead Service Business Operations strategies definition and implementation.
- Voice of DACH in the VEGA Zone in designing models, tools and infrastructure needed to render state of the art business operations.
- Ensure data quality in the different Service management tools (Installed Base, Contracts, Warranty).
- Responsible for forecasting and tracking of revenue in alignment with VEGA business operations Director.
- Lead account reviews with customers on a regular basis and generate customer activity reports. Track revenue from generation through to cash collection including disputes resolution.
- Responsible for GEHC HCS service P&L: Drive & develop operational & financial growth initiatives and targets, cost control & productivity and process improvement, in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing Commercial teams, Service Delivery and Product Service teams.
- Ensure alignment with VEGA in the way we work based on best practices observed or developed. Simplify and align as much as possible wherever it makes sense. Explore and recommend process execution’s centralization of de-centralization.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how the defined area of practice integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the markets that has different characteristics within International.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership service teams, external support teams, Product Sales teams and the global service teams to identify needs and claw gaps (tools, processes, Customer expectations, competency requirements, etc.).
- Measure effectiveness with relevant KPIs, develop gap closure plans and lead and report execution to reach both qualitative and quantitative results timely.
- Foster innovation in business operations.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or a related discipline
- Extended and proofen experience in Service business broadly in healthcare industry
- Demonstrated People leadership: mobilize teams to achieve goals, mentor and coach individuals to develop talents, motivate and inspire others through inclusive leadership foster collaboration and encourage initiatives and can-do attitude
- Clear communication, Strong presentation skills, clarity of thoughts, influence at all levels of the Service and product community, globally.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate globally, overcoming geographic and cultural boundaries to forge successful working relationships leading to improved business outcomes.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm.
- At ease with Lean and/or Six Sigma techniques.
- Understanding of the GEHC product & services portfolio and their specificities.
- Fluent in German and English
