As a Business Operations Analyst you’ll drive high-impact analysis and deliver clear, actionable insights to strengthen processes, reporting, and performance metrics. You’ll build efficient tools and workflows across multiple business systems to support smart, data-driven decision-making and help the organization hit key revenue goals. What You Will Do
- Data Analysis:
- Integrate and analyze complex, multi-source data to deliver clear, data-driven insights.
- Build queries and report that power key performance metrics and decision-making.
- Use data audit techniques to ensure high data quality and reliability.
- Independently interpret data and provide well-supported recommendations to management (SIP, Named Accounts, CRM, POS).
- Partnering with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify business goals, define priorities, and recommend strategic actions.
- Collaborate across teams and with external partners to drive successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and present impactful analytical reports to leadership.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience: 1-4 years in similar role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerBI, and MS Suite skills required. Business Objects experience preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with analytics and reporting, and strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with all levels of organization.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
