RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for driving business in CAD Japan and achieving sales targets through implementing sales strategies, identifying & developing new business opportunities and implementing the required measures
• Act as a red cap for Japan distributor with resposnsibility for target setting and review
• Promotion of new CAD products to customers in Japan
• Responsible for developing strategy for penetration of key accounts & strategic future market segments.
• Key user for sales processes such as IBP, pricing, opportunities etc

• REQUIREMENTS
  * Japanese language: Business Level !!
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, coating or related field would be preferred
• 8+ years of sales experience, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in managing accounts and distributors
• Industry experience (e.g., chemicals, and coating additives) would be preferred
• Customer‑focused with strong relationship‑building capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation and hands‑on execution ability
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Works indepedently and result driven
