Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes for a large global business unit. The role enhances current business processes and performance metrics by leading regional and global teams, and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role contributes to special projects and communicates requirements to the global teams.

Within Customer Operations, the Global Operations & deal Solutioning team focus on Global Accounts for all Markets, with the mission to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience with a competitive cost structure, that delivers superior business results.

Within our Control Tower, you will be supporting Global Tier1 accounts performance across markets to ensure successful SLA attainment and fulfillment execution. Working closely with your customer operation peers, you will lead and develop advanced Data Analytics solutions, create proactive reporting and alerts to improve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, cross order-to-cash lifecycle.
  • Independently translates customer/ business requirements and Supply Chain Customer Operations related activities into operating tools.
  • Drives the analysis conducted for backlog management dashboard automation.
  • Contributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendations.
  • Proactively identifying risks and designing data-driven tools and solutions to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization to assess data, reporting, and analytics requirements.
  • Extract, analyze, and transform data from existing BI dashboards to design and develop operational reporting solutions using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities to ensure solutions align with business requirements and operational objectives.
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes, from order entry through delivery and invoicing, to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and manage data and reporting system initiatives, overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to testing and implementation.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop tools and solutions to prevent operational issues and enhance process reliability. 
  • Develops and maintains automated Excel-based tools using intermediate to advanced Power Query and macro capabilities to support reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years related experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience.


Knowledge & Skills

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and automation
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing Excel macros to automate reporting and recurring operational processes
