About the Role
We are seeking a Business Generation Manager to partner with Consulting VPs and drive client-centric marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating meaningful client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Mine daily client inquiries for potential leads.

  • Qualify leads with Sales channels (MSE, LE, GE) before escalating to VPs.

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Create compelling sales and marketing materials, including email campaigns and ad-hoc content for Account Executives.

  • Support client attendance campaigns for Gartner Conferences.

Territory & Relationship Management

  • Assist VPs with territory management, meeting scheduling, and identifying key accounts.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries across multiple business units.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy for biweekly reporting and forecasting.

  • Participate in strategic projects and initiatives as needed.

What You’ll Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 4+ years in lead generation or client services (technology sector experience preferred).

  • Familiarity with integrated marketing techniques and content creation is a plus.

Skills:

  • Self-starter with innovative thinking.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think outside the box.
