Job Summary
The Intelligence Solutions team supports our Data Licensing, Payer, Clinical Trial and Real World Evidence Solutions to drive revenue growth for the organization.
Intelligence Solutions is responsible for both revenue and expense budgets along with a P&L. This individual plays a critical role in enabling revenue growth by ensuring accurate billing, disciplined financial management, and scalable operational processes. This role operates with a high degree of independence and acts as the primary point of contact for finance‑related decisions for the business
This role serves as the primary finance subject matter expert and business partner for the Intelligence Solutions organization. The Senior Advisor owns client billing operations, payment tracking, and invoice creation to enable accurate and timely revenue realization. This individual is responsible for end‑to‑end financial tracking, budget adherence, P&L oversight, and leadership of forecasting cycles. The role operates with a high degree of independence and partners closely with internal Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Operations teams, as well as external clients, to resolve billing and payment matters.
This individual also owns and manages business processes related to HIPAA authorization approval, partnering with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Client submitted HIPAA authorization templates will be reviewed and approved based on documented requirements.
Senior Advisor contributes to broader cross‑functional initiatives that require a strong understanding of the business, financial acumen, and operational judgment.
