As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist Senior, you will execute performance management activities by providing guidance and oversight into cyber security and risk metrics.
This role is responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving performance management frameworks that enable leaders to drive results, execute strategy, and maintain accountability across priorities. You will partner closely with business leaders, strategy, finance, analytics, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
This position plays a critical role in shaping business operating rhythms, tracking execution against priorities, and enabling data-driven decision making.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Performance Management & Business Execution
- Own and administer the business performance management framework, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, key initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
- Translate enterprise, segment, and line-of-business strategies into clear performance objectives, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
- Establish and manage operating rhythms (e.g., reviews, business updates, executive readouts) to track progress, surface risks, and drive accountability.
- Monitor performance against goals, identify trends, gaps, and risks, and proactively recommend corrective actions or course adjustments.
Planning, Insights & Reporting
- Lead the development and execution of business planning processes, including annual planning, quarterly reviews, and ad hoc performance analyses.
- Design and maintain executive-ready reporting using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights and narratives tailored for senior leaders and executive audiences.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of performance data across teams and reporting forums.
Cross‑Functional Partnership & Influence
- Partner with leaders across business, finance, analytics, and strategy to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and outcomes.
- Influence without direct authority to drive adoption of performance management best practices and standards across teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing fact-based insights, performance perspectives, and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
- Identify opportunities to improve performance management processes, tools, and governance.
- Stay informed on industry trends, performance measurement methodologies, and emerging best practices.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and results orientation.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Data Analytics capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, and the ability to develop clear, concise executive summaries and provide guidance to teams/senior leadership/executives on expectations, outcomes, and narrative development.
- Demonstrated leadership and accountability, with strong logical and critical thinking skills and an understanding of downstream impacts of work and decisions.
- Proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders across varying levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership.
- Prior project coordination or project management experience, providing structure, guidance, and oversight to ensure work is executed effectively (without direct ownership of task execution).
- Experience in risk management or working within risk-focused environments, with an understanding of controls, governance, and risk considerations.
- Experience influencing cross-functional partners and building alignment in a matrixed environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $112,700.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
