Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Department & Team: Demand Generation / BDR Team

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid work model)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting. In this role, you will be responsible for building pipeline from scratch by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by creating new opportunities through strategic outreach and targeted account engagement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, is comfortable navigating complex organizations, and can consistently generate qualified meetings through proactive efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end outbound pipeline generation across defined target accounts, driving consistent creation of qualified opportunities.

  • Identify and engage decision-makers using multi-channel outreach strategies including phone, email, and social platforms.

  • Design personalized outreach that increases response rates and improves engagement with high-value prospects.

  • Execute high-volume outbound activity while maintaining strong conversion efficiency and pipeline quality.

  • Qualify opportunities by uncovering business challenges, aligning needs to solutions, and validating buying intent.

  • Drive coordination of qualified meetings with Account Executives, ensuring readiness and context for productive sales conversations.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, activity tracking, and account intelligence within Salesforce.

  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and account-based strategies.

  • Handle objections with confidence and adapt messaging based on market feedback and prospect behavior.

  • Optimize outreach strategies through continuous testing, performance analysis, and iteration.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative role with strong outbound prospecting focus.

  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline through proactive outbound engagement.

  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as 6sense, Lusha, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional-level English proficiency.

  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-threaded organizations.

  • High resilience and ability to maintain performance in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently with clear ownership of performance metrics.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to adjust strategies based on data and results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise sales environments.

  • Experience targeting enterprise or industry-specific accounts.

  • Familiarity with account-based prospecting strategies.

  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
