Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our inside sales team. This is an outbound sales role focused on personalized lead generation for IT services and outsourcing.

It’s not a marketing position and not automation-only, we’re looking for someone who enjoys researching accounts, writing tailored messages, and building meaningful first conversations with potential clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Research target accounts and decision-makers and build a high-quality outbound pipeline in HubSpot CRM;
  • Identify and approach potential clients via personalized LinkedIn and email outreach;
  • Qualify leads and focus on lead quality, not just volume;
  • Manage follow-ups and keep conversations moving forward;
  • Book and coordinate meetings for the Sales team;
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align on ICP, messaging, and outreach approach;
  • Continuously improve outreach quality based on feedback and results;

What We Expect

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales / BDR / SDR / lead generation roles;
  • Hands-on experience in IT services / outsourcing companies (product-only background is not a fit);
  • Proven experience with personalized outreach, not only automated campaigns;
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and decision-makers in IT;
  • Experience working with markets like US, or other similar sales cultures is a strong plus;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher with confidence in written and spoken communication;
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus);
  • Strong written communication skills, you can write clear, relevant, and personalized messages;
  • Self-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently;
