TD SYNNEX Maverick is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Audio Video & Unified Communications & Collaboration portfolio in Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and business plans for AV&UCC business
- Develop strong relationships with top partners
- Support Sales Managers and Inside Sales with pipeline creation, deals, pricing and product expertise
- Collaborate closely with the Technical/Solution Architects on customer projects
- Lead marketing activities, events, and go‑to‑market initiatives
- Build and strengthen vendor relationships while increasing TD SYNNEX market share
- Travel regularly for vendor and customer meetings
Profile Required
- 5–10+ years of experience in the Polish IT channel (UC/C or ProAV highly preferred)
- Strong network with vendors, distributors, and partners
- Proven background in business development, vendor management, or product management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Self-driven, analytics and strategic skills, able to operate autonomously
- Fluent in Polish; good command of English
- Good command of MS 365 Tools (XLS, PowerPoint)
