KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Business Development manager is a key role in Admat to support APAC commercial team achieve Huntsman Admat 360 growth strategy.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies aimed at increasing incremental revenue growth and expanding market presence including but not exclusively in: Automotive, New Energy, Flying Car and Electronics by promoting Admat innovation and commercial solutions.
The key responsibilities of role:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers. Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape. Monitor market changes that may affect business growth and build up business strategy accordingly.
- Develop and implement strategy to generate new pipelines. Utilize networking, social media and industry events to figure out business opportunities or sales leads. Evaluate potential partnership opportunities with key channels or customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technical Services to evaluate new opportunities and implement execution plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of customers. Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch products/services. Understand customer needs and ensure the offered solutions meet those requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with prospective customers. Build up and lead tactics to close the deal to achieve targeted rev and profit growth.
Business target in plan:
- Develop new accounts and OEMs to grow Automotive, New Energy, Flying Car and Electronics business
- Promote new innovative products and application to selective industry in APAC region
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Experiences: At least 5-8 years sales experience in sales and business development in Chemical industry with successful new business development of B2B business model.
