Partner Marketing Executive, EMEA 

We are looking for a hungry, humble, and smart Partner Marketing Executive to join our EMEA Team.

The Partner Marketing Executive, EMEA role will have responsibility across a number of partner marketing priorities but primarily focusing on execution of the content channel strategy across all service lines within EMEA.

As a Partner Marketing Executive, you will work closely with Go-To-Market leads across all service lines, aligning to their defined strategies and priority growth areas. This role is responsible for bringing those strategies to life through the execution of a compelling content and communications plan creating high-quality content, delivering targeted email campaigns, and engaging directly with key channel stakeholders. By answering questions, reinforcing value propositions, and consistently building brand awareness across the partner ecosystem, this role plays a critical part in driving engagement and ultimately generating qualified pipeline growth.

Partner Marketing & Brand

  • Build and strengthen the Spaulding Ridge brand within the partner ecosystem, increasing visibility across priority partners, competencies, and strategic teams.
  • Create and manage partner-facing marketing assets, working closely with leadership and subject matter experts to develop materials such as one-pagers, case studies, video content, and partner/team introductions.
  • Execute content and communication initiatives including email marketing campaigns, partner newsletters, and launch communications, ensuring timely follow-up and clear calls to action.
  • Proactively engage with key partner stakeholders, answering questions, sharing content, and reinforcing messaging to deepen relationships and drive momentum.
  • Identify, plan, and support joint partner marketing initiatives and customer-facing events (e.g. roundtables, briefings, tours), ensuring strong execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Partner PAMs to enable joint marketing opportunities, including win stories, customer references, partner announcements, event participation, and award submissions.
  • Track engagement and pipeline contribution from partner marketing activity, feeding insights back into GTM and Alliances teams to continuously improve effectiveness.

Commercial & Go-To-Market Execution

  • Partner closely with Go-To-Market leads across all service lines to execute channel marketing content and priority growth initiatives.
  • Translate Practice and Service Line objectives into partner-facing marketing plans, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with commercial goals.
  • Support revenue growth by promoting Spaulding Ridge capabilities, use cases, and best practices across the partner ecosystem, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline creation.
  • Support Spaulding Ridge’s presence at key partner and ecosystem events, ensuring a strong, consistent articulation of “the Spaulding way” and our value as a strategic partner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Graduate level or up to 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, partner, commercial, or communications role (B2B experience desirable but not essential).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging partner-facing content.
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in content creation, email marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across sales, alliances, and delivery teams, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines
  • Confident engaging with internal teams and external partners, including following up, answering questions, and building relationships.
  • Analytical and curious, with an interest in understanding what drives engagement, pipeline, and commercial impact.
  • Eager to learn and develop within a partner-led, go-to-market environment, with a commercially minded and brand-conscious approach.
