About the Role

Responsible for:
• Business expansion through Manpower growth.
• Ensuring recruitment and renewals meet regulatory requirement.
• Support and promote digitalization initiatives and practices
• Event and marketing management to generate sales activities for advisors and increase agency productivity

Manpower Growth and Quality Recruitment

1. Achieve Recruitment growth with more quality advisors to ensure retention rate and healthy development of new advisors.

2. Adopt best recruitment practices and ideas as shared by SG counterpart to promote recruitment.

3. Promote recruitment through social media and other channels such as Linkedin or identify events where recruitment is a focus.

4. Supports identification of quality candidates through interviews.

5. Work closely with agencies to ensure their recruitment strategies are aligned and successful.

Event Strategy and Planning

1. Develop and implement event strategies that align with AIA’s business objectives, recruitment goals and brand positioning.

2. Identify innovative event concepts to enhance engagement with prospects, clients and agency force.

3. Oversee end-to-end event execution including logistics, venue selection, vendor coordination and on-site management.

Requirements

·       Education – Degree Holder

·       Experience – Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years working experience. Experience in insurance related sales environment and event/marketing management will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates can be considered as well

·       Skills - Sound analytical skills, sales and result oriented, good communication skills and technical skills such as Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
