Join us as a Business Development Manager and play a pivotal role in accelerating the commercial and strategic development of our Advanced Wound Management Business Unit across Eastern Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to combine business development expertise with strong market execution, shaping markets and driving growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be the driving force behind translating regional strategy into actionable country-level initiatives. You will develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with our marketing strategy, mapping growth opportunities across Eastern Europe and identifying clinical, commercial and strategic levers to expand the AWM category. To succeed, you will need to combine strategic thinking with flawless execution and collaboration across multiple markets:

- Proven experience working across multiple countries and distributor-driven markets, with strong marketing mindset and ability to turn strategy into execution
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with project ownership and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering (an international MBA is highly desirable), fluent English and willingness to travel up to 50%
