Role Purpose  

 

We areseekinga highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships andidentifyingnew business opportunities. You will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering long-term partnerships. 
 

Summary  

 

  • Identifynew business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers. 

  • Generate leads through outbound activity, networking and attending industry events.   

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals andobjectives. 

  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 

  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentationsand proposals. 

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction. 

  • Work with senior Business Development and Account Management professionals to upskill and develop.   

  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, salesactivitiesand progress inSalesforce. 

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving business growth. 

  • Act as a customer advocate; resolve issues with urgency and accountability 

  • Continually improve our clients’ experience 

 

What we are looking for in you  

 

  • Proven experience in business development,salesor a similar role. 

  • Analytical Skills and Problem Solving to assess client needs and find ways to meet them 

  • Excellent negotiation,communicationand presentation skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision. 

  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

  • Experience with lead generation and account management. 

  • Ability to influence decisions 

  • Ability to articulate to senior stakeholders  

  • Strong document-writing skills  

  • Proven track record working to deadlines and time management  

  • Going the extra mile – Driven to succeed   

  • Willingness to learn
