About the Role

Responsible for working with agency channel management in sale and recruitment drives and development of agency networks

  • Working with Agency Channel Management: Collaborating with management to coordinate activities and strategies.
  • Sales Drives: Activities focused on increasing sales performance and meeting targets.
  • Recruitment Drives: Efforts to attract and onboard agents to expand workforce capabilities.
  • Development of Agency Networks: Building and strengthening relationships and structures within the agency network to enhance operational efficiency and outreach.
