The UK Wholesale Sales team drives asset growth by building long-term partnerships with professional intermediaries across the UK and Ireland, Malta, IOM and the Channel Islands. The team works collaboratively with senior sales leadership, product specialists and marketing to expand market coverage, strengthen existing client relationships and develop new opportunities. This is a commercial, externally focused environment where high-performing individuals can build influence, deepen market expertise and directly impact business growth.
Core Responsibilities
Promote our products (UK OEIC and overseas SICAVs, ETFs, Private Markets, Fund Solutions) to professional intermediaries through in-person meetings and remotely.
Manage and grow the South West and surrounding regions through in person and Teams meetings, Fund manager events & roadshows etc..
Generate new business while helping mitigate client redemption risk.
Ensure all activity meets internal and external regulatory requirements.
Strategic Responsibilities
Contribute to sales strategy discussions and regional growth planning.
Support delivery of individual and team sales targets.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with sales support to maintain accurate CRM records.
Partner with marketing, communications and investment teams on client activity.
Experience
Investment Management Certificate (IMC) or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of the UK wholesale and global investment markets.
Proven sales success within the South West intermediary market.
Demonstrated performance at Business Development Manager level or above.
Technical Skills
Confident use of investment research and client insight tools.
Soft Skills
Clear, credible communication with investment professionals.
Strong relationship-building and presentation capability.
Self-motivated, well organised and commercially driven.
Work Schedule & Location
This role will be based remotely in the South West region, with an expectation of travel to London once a month to meet with wider team.
