Business Development Director, North Asia Outbound
What we do
We are looking for a strong business development professional to join our fast-growing outbound business for North Asia. You will be responsible for participating in business strategy and taking ownership of execution to drive growth, without compromising on innovation or our company culture. This role requires a proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams regionally and globally, and to stretch yourself to achieve ever greater goals.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with a strong ability to identify and execute on growth opportunities, shape how the market perceives our industry and company, and foster senior strategic relationships—particularly within the gaming and app development ecosystems. You will be motivated by a desire to make advertising work better for brands, publishers, and consumers as they expand globally.
You must have a high aptitude for and comfort level working in complex business and technology environments, along with strong leadership and business acumen.
