Business Development Account Manager / Responsable Clients LLA

SUMMARY

This position will create demand for low level access products in France. Perform live demos on major construction sites, “hand-hold” French rental companies when products are delivered, attend exhibitions, seminars, safety events, open days, lobbying with French safety authorities, and support the fitout market. This position will assist in strategy and execution of international market development and assist in the coordination and execution of customer demonstrations. This position will be part of the JLG Europe Low-Level-Powered-Access market development program to create more awareness and demand for LLPA products in the Europe region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Development

  • Organize & execute on-site demos to main- & sub-contractors on multi-story construction projects.
  • Establish relationships with Safety officers of mayor contractors and subcontractors in France
  • Establish relationships with Safety institutions like OPPBTP.
  • Liaise with sales/rental executives of mayor access rental companies or dealers to create demand.
  • Participate on exhibitions, open-days, seminars and other safety related events.
  • Develop strategies for low level access products

Channel activities SSO's

  • Organize & execute case studies with existing customers.
  • Exchange experience to raise awareness with multinationals (both industry & construction).
  • Analyze competitor and industry development Report to low level access manager.
     

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communication, or related field a plus
  • 3-plus years of experience in traditional access industry (access solutions incl. scaffolding, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in French, good communication skills in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-plus years of experience in access industry (Aerial Platforms).
  • Any additional language other than French or English.
  • License to pull trailer.
