Customer Data Analyst
The Data Analysis job family encompasses roles that involve the collection, organization, interpretation and presentation of data. This job family ensures data accuracy and uses data to help guide decision-making within the organization.
The Customer Data Analyst role is an entry-level role within our Data Analysis job family. This role is responsible for analyzing customer data to provide insights that guide strategic decisions and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends.
Present data analysis findings in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
Support the development and implementation of new ideas under guidance.
Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external stewardship requirements
Job Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data analysis.
Awareness of relevant stewardship requirements.
