Ferring+You
You will optimise departmental workflows, manage budgets and reporting, and provide discreet, high‑quality administrative support to the Communications VP. You will organise meetings, travel and events, handle corporate mailboxes, coordinate weekly media reporting, support internal communication platforms, and contribute to ad‑hoc projects as an active member of the Corporate Communications team.
Your day at Ferring
Manage and optimise relevant work processes and workflows for the department. Act as team power user of relevant business systems for invoicing, contracts and SOPs.
Tracking of budget, resources, coordination of costs, reports and invoicing.
General administrative duties to Communications VP such as correspondence, calendar management, and expenses, with full discretion, dedication, and loyalty.
Organise meetings, workshops, visits from guests, business conferences.
Traveling arrangements and the necessary bookings for the team.
Management of corporate mailboxes and distribution lists.
Managing distribution of weekly media and social media report.
Support on internal communications platforms such as intranet, mailing tool land image bank.
Ad hoc project management support.
Overview on company strategy, acting as a team member in the Corporate Communications team.
Behind our innovation…There’s you
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role, in a corporate environment.
Able to act as Project Manager and a team player.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
With a proactive, responsible and organised work methodology.
Fast-learner and flexible attitude.
Proficiency in systems, such as Veeva PromoMats, SAP Concur, Coupa and IHubCompliance is preferential.
Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
