Main responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial accounting
• Ensure support in month end financial reporting of entity Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and key deliverables as required
• Work together with other Finance and Business functions on key business areas to support the management decision process with relevant and accurate data and reporting
• Support the development and execution of the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Collaborate with business leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance

• Maintain the calculations and communication with stakeholders for the budget-driven accruals process
• Ensure meeting deadlines and the agreed KPIs
• Recommend process improvements to ensure greater efficiency and productivity, while complying with applicable company policies and procedures
• Creating robust documentation, continuously updating it, storing and sharing it with the team and the direct manager

Ad-hoc support:

• Contribution to finance department projects
• Provide excellent customer service with the ability to build productive relationships and resolve complex issues
• Assisting the department with other financial functions as requested by the line manager
• Local cross teams/department support within the SSC for ad hoc queries
• Perform other tasks and projects as necessary and applicable to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or economics (preferred)
• Strong knowledge in Forecasting, Analysis, Controlling or related Finance areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Previous experience with SUN, Miles is a plus
• At least 7 years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on FP&A, business control, or related functions
• Proficient in English (C1)
