Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 5800 Northampton Blvd Norfolk, VA 23502.

 

This role requires associates to be in-office 3-4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 

 

The Business Change Director is responsible for identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.

 

How You Will Make an Impact:   

  • May specialize in one area of organization effectiveness (planning, project portfolio, or culture/change) or be assigned to directly support a business unit and ensure activities are aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Identify potential issues, project change, and scope data.
  • Lead efforts to identify best practices.
  • Identify impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
  • Develop and design processes and systems that support business needs.
  • Design methods for integrating functions and processes.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses.
  • Build support for business change throughout the business unit.
  • Provide process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to both local and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Lead the project prioritization and scheduling activities for the business unit.
  • Provide expertise to the business areas in culture/change management activities.
  • Provide expertise in process planning and portfolio management activities.
  • Support the execution of the operating plan.

Minimum Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any), or a related field of study.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in related occupation(s).

    Experience working in software development models and issue tracking tools must include:

    • Eight (8) years of experience with Facets Data Models, Providers System Data Models, JavaScript Object Notation data format, and Business Intelligence tools.
    • Seven (7) years of experience consolidating and preparing executive summary reports for various business segments to inform top management decision-making.
    • Seven (7) years of experience with relational databases, query tools, and statistical software.
    • Seven (7) years of experience analyzing and designing solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs.
    • Five (5) years of experience collaborating with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products.
    • Four (4) years of experience with provider data and the design model of the provider system that is housing the data.
    • Four (4) years of experience working with provider data transactions.
