Job Description:

Department Overview

TD AI Platform enables the enterprise rollout and sustainment of AI capabilities across TD. The Business Application Management (BAM) function supports operational readiness, intake governance, platform operations, user enablement, and sustainment of AI infrastructure and services at scale.

Role Summary

As a Level 8 Business Application Analyst, you will independently manage complex intake, platform operations, and sustainment activities supporting the TD AI Platform. You will coordinate across stakeholders, ensure governance alignment, and drive continuous improvement to enable the platform to scale safely and efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

Customer

  • Triage, evaluate, and document intake requests related to AI platform infrastructure builds and support.
  • Assess feasibility, readiness, and alignment with platform standards and business objectives.
  • Coordinate end-to-end follow-through with engineering and IT partners.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for operational support; communicate ownership, decisions, and timelines.
  • Diagnose issues, assess impact, and escalate complex or ambiguous items appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to usage, performance, quotas, and chargeback inventory.

Shareholder

  • Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Support platform risk management by identifying control gaps and contributing to mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to operational planning, demand forecasting, and capacity visibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement through workflow optimization and automation.

Employee / Team

  • Promote a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team environment.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, runbooks, decision trees, and user-facing documentation.
  • Provide informal guidance and knowledge transfer to junior analysts.

Breadth & Depth (Level 8)

  • Advanced professional role with strong working knowledge of AI platforms and cloud infrastructure.
  • Operates independently within established frameworks and escalates when risk exceeds thresholds.
  • Coordinates multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Influences outcomes without direct authority.

Experience & Education

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 7–10+ years of relevant experience in business application management or platform operations.
  • Required: JIRA, Confluence.
  • Nice to have: Azure Portal, PowerApps, Power BI, AI platform exposure.
