About the role:

As Senior Manager, Financial Systems, you will set the vision for how Clutch manages its financial technology and data landscape. You’ll lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP as a critical foundational project, while also building and owning the broader financial systems and reporting environment that supports Finance and the business as a whole.

A core mandate of this role is to drive process transformation—leveraging automation and modern tooling (including AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate) to reduce manual effort, improve throughput, and strengthen controllership without compromising auditability.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the solution architect for Oracle Fusion, guiding system design, configuration, integration strategy, and long-term optimization.
  • Lead the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP as a foundational initiative (end-to-end delivery, change management, cutover readiness, and stabilization).
  • Define and own the roadmap for financial systems at Clutch, ensuring scalability, automation, alignment with business priorities, and ongoing application management.
  • Drive process transformation across Finance, identifying high-friction workflows and redesigning them for speed, accuracy, and repeatability.
  • Bring prior experience applying AI and agentic AI to improve business processes, with a focus on measurable outcomes and disciplined governance.
  • Ensure internal controls remain sufficient as automation increases, including approvals, audit trails, segregation of duties, change control, and monitoring.
  • Build governance and processes that ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and strong system controls across the financial tech stack.
  • Manage integrations between finance platforms and other enterprise systems (CRM, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Warehouse, etc.).
  • Own the finance reporting environment, ensuring standardized definitions, source-of-truth alignment, and scalable reporting.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a financial systems team as the function expands.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or professional designation (CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.) is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial systems leadership roles, with direct expertise in Oracle Fusion (implementation, optimization, and application management).
  • Proven track record leading ERP projects end-to-end, with hands-on solution architecture or design experience.
  • Strong technical skills in system integrations, application management, data governance, and financial reporting platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Snowflake for data validation, reconciliation, and scalable reporting.
  • Experience partnering with AI/automation initiatives, including agentic AI, with a controls-first mindset (guardrails, approvals, auditability, monitoring).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to bridge financial, technical, and operational needs.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to build and inspire a new team.

It’d be great if you have:

  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Background in high-volume marketplace businesses.
  • Exposure to workflow automation/RPA programs with a strong internal controls orientation.

Employment Type:
New, Permanent Full-Time

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually

  • Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental, vision, prescriptions, life insurance, and dependent coverage; starting from day 1.

  • Pay decisions reflect skills, performance, market benchmarking, responsibilities, and working conditions.
