JOB DESCRIPTION:

Driven Brand is looking for a Business Analytics Manager (Individual Contributor) who will be supporting our Collision Franchise Brands with data driven insights. This will be an individual contributor role.


They will be responsible for analyzing complex multi-source data to provide actionable insights, driving Incremental sales and strategic decisions. They will be creating and maintaining ongoing analysis, reports, and data models, to uncover opportunities to Drive Sales. They would be collaborating with multiple teams to improve data processes and ensure accuracy for stakeholders. 


This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, data storytelling capabilities, and excellent communication to influence decision-making at all organizational levels. 

What you’ll Drive: 

  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs and define project requirements.

  • Analyze large and complex data sets, identify trends/patterns, perform ad-hoc analysis, create data models across our brands using SQL, Python, etc.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic planning, improve performance, and drive business growth.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality, working with data engineers to optimize pipelines.

  • Maintain dashboards & reports for audiences with varying levels of technical context, optimizing strategic decision-making throughout the company.

  • Develop & maintain scalable automations for data sources, reports, periodic analysis. Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.

  • Leads test and learn and measurement initiatives to provide quantifiable impact to program stakeholders that includes quantifiable impact and opportunities for future improvement.

  • Assist Data Science team in discovery, back-end dev, optimization of advanced analytics models.

  • Document data sources, methods, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage BI projects from conception to implementation. 

What you’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (math, statistics, physics, engineering, economics, computer science) or equivalent years of experience.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in SQL & a scripting language (R/Python).

  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics. Retail or insurance analytics strongly preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL to be able to write multiple CTE queries to extract data from multiple relational databases.

  • Advanced Excel - Including intricate knowledge not only of advanced formulas (such as index-match) but also excel problem solving abilities to extract analysis and insights out of data dumps.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong listening, presentation, and collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.

  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight.

Added Fuel if you have: 

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field.

  • Possess experience creating financial modeling; along with strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

  • Experience performing data analysis and/or building automations in Python/R.

  • Experience in data visualization, preferably in Tableau, Qlik or Power BI.

  • Working knowledge of applied statistics.

  • Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills, capable of inter-departmental collaboration.

  • Passion for solving sophisticated problems through data analysis.

Compensation Range:

$113,500.00 - $202,800.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
