Position Description:
We are seeing an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Transfer Agency and Investor Services to join our Client Enablement team. This role is central to the successful onboarding of new business onto our proprietary technology platform, with a focus on Transfer Agency and Investor Services operations. The successful candidate will lead the analysis of client documentation and data sets, manage large-scale data migrations, and design end-to-end operating models that support service delivery and reporting for Transfer Agency operations, hands-on experience with industry technology solutions, and a proven track record in cross-functional project delivery
What you’ll do:
Lead the analysis of client documentation and associated data sets to extract and interpret requirements specific to Transfer Agency and Investor Services;
Design and implement end-to-end technology operating models that enable efficient data flow and support downstream service delivery and reporting;
Manage and execute large data migrations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client expectations;
Facilitate the design, creation, and implementation of technology solutions, with a primary focus on new business.
Participate in various project teams across different departments and locations, collaborating to deliver integrated solutions;
Identify business and technology strategies and solutions that create efficient operational processes aligned with business direction;
Complete detailed project plans associated with solution development and implementation, based on agreed business requirements, and provide senior management with regular updates on project status;
Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Technology, Operations) and external clients to ensure successful onboarding and platform adoption;
Communicate effectively across diverse audiences, tailoring messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Provide time estimates for tasks and deliverables, acknowledging assumptions and uncertainties to support planning and trust;
Foster open dialogue around blockers and unknowns to promote transparency and collaborative problem-solving;
What you bring to the table:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Transfer Agency and Investor Services within fund administration;
Strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations and their integration with fund accounting and investor services workflows;
Hands-on experience with industry technology solutions such as NTAS, Investran, and other Transfer Agency/Investor Services platforms essential;
Proven experience with large data sets and complex data migration projects;
Demonstrated ability to design and communicate technology-enabled operating models;
