Business Analyst

What does a successful Client Business Analyst do at Fiserv?

As a successful Client Business Analyst, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners. You will serve a meaningful role in driving client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.

What you will do:

• Execute client delivery and service processes to support client initiatives

• Support voice of the customer feedback for end-to-end client satisfaction and engagement

• Understand the client business requirements with the desired business outcomes and implement the proper solutions

• Support the compilation of project requirements – Identify, research, analyze and write client business requirements

• Execute completion and approval of testing, user documentation, and blended learning plans

• Execute business and system development and ensure methodologies are followed and continuously improved

• Ensure clients and other departments actively participate in appropriate phases of the process, such as requirements definition, quality inspection of design documents, testing and validation

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field required.

• 7+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management

• Solid thought leadership and the ability to influence others through collaborative efforts

• An ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies

• Shown success in effectively driving delivery initiatives

• Working understanding of business financial practices and accounting

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge of FD system (PCF, ACS, Letters, DQ, Rules) preferred

• Experience with Waterfall and Agile Development methodologies preferred

• Background and experience working in the Financial Services Industry

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range

$57,000.00 - $96,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
